What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Metro-Atlanta,Athens,Lawrenceville and surrounding Georgia communities. Contact us for long-distance transportation requests.
How do I book a service?
You can book directly through our website, complete our Ride Request Form, or contact us by phone or email.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Some services may require payment at the time of booking. Large reservations and special events may require a deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shopify Payments, and other approved payment methods available at checkout.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are accepted based on availability.
Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes. We offer transportation to and from major airports, including Atlanta airport transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
Are gift cards refundable?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Yes. We provide transportation and concierge solutions for businesses and organizations.
